Pool is available for rental on the same day as clubhouse rental, if requested. There is an additional charge for the pool rental. Pool is available for private use from 7:30 pm until 11:00 pm. Your pool rental fees include two (2) lifeguards for a maximum of 80 people.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rental Tips<\/strong> <strong>and Reminders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Book your clubhouse event as soon as you can. Weekends get booked up fast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure your guests have the clubhouse address. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The clubhouse holds a maximum of 75 people.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The clubhouse does not have trash service.
