Rental Deposit Information
Rentals are only available for Season Four Homeowners.
All clubhouse or pool rentals require $200 damage and cleaning deposit (effective 4/1/2022). If both pool and clubhouse are rented, deposit is $400. Damage and cleaning deposit is fully refundable as long as all items on the rental checklist are adhered to and facility rented is in good condition upon completion of rental event.
To ensure a fair and consistent process for all residents, the following clubhouse and pool rental payment guidelines are in effect:
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.
Payment of the rental fee and deposit is due within 48 hours of submitting the reservation request. If payment is not received within that 48-hour period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Please note that dates cannot be held without payment. A reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received. The HOA reserves the right to release any unpaid reservation and make the date available to other residents.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the facility available to as many residents as possible.
Pool Rental Information
Rental of the clubhouse does not guarantee use of the pool. Pool is available for rental on the same day as clubhouse rental, if requested. There is an additional charge for the pool rental. Pool is available for private use from 7:30 pm until 11:00 pm. Your pool rental fees include two (2) lifeguards for a maximum of 80 people.
Rental Tips and Reminders
- Book your clubhouse event as soon as you can. Weekends get booked up fast.
- Make sure your guests have the clubhouse address.
- The clubhouse holds a maximum of 75 people.
- The clubhouse does not have trash service. All trash must be removed by the renter before checkout.

- 10 Banquet size tables (8 ft.) and 4 high top tables
- 60 Folding chairs
- Full size refrigerator
- Full size stovetop, oven, and microwave
- Cabinet storage
- Double sink in kitchen
- Sofa, loveseat, chair with ottoman, and coffee table
- Fireplace (you provide the wood)
- Coat closet
- Small side room perfect for serving food
